Mattias Rejman
General Partner & Co-founder
Mattias oversees a spectrum of responsibilities ranging from everything from day-to-day business operations to investment decisions, all with a keen focus on technology.
He has extensive experience in the Telecom and IT industry, holding various roles at Ericsson and Dell Technologies, spanning from Chief Solution Architect to Enterprise Account Manager. Additionally, he served as Head of Sales for Amdocs in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, spearheading a groundbreaking project offering BSS as a Service to telecom operators.
Mattias holds a Master of Science MSc in Computer Engineering from Chalmers School of Technology.

Carl boasts over a decade of telecom industry experience, specializing in finance, governance, and compliance. His global and regional roles have honed his skills, particularly in emerging markets
Carl holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm School of Business, Stockholm University.
Fredrik Wikner
General Partner & Co-founder
Bringing a wealth of commercial experience from leading global corporations and digital startups, Fredrik has over 20 years of expertise in commercial growth. Notably, he led the development of digital payment solutions for Santander in the Nordic region.
Fredrik has entrepreneurial experiences across various industries and geographies, offering expertise from board governance to growth plans and execution as well as support in building world class teams.
Deeply influenced by his experiences living and working in six different countries, he possesses a keen understanding of business culture.

Patrick Höijer
Advisory Board Member & Co-founder
Patrick Höijer is an Advisor and Co-founder of Amigos Venture Capital. He has a broad B2B background across different industries and has worked in the telco and fin-tech industry for +20 years at e.g. Tele2 and Nets.
He presently holds the position as CEO of the Foxway Group and has had various positions e.g. CEO, CCO in Fintech and as Product, Sales and Wholesale Director in MNOs. He has an extensive experience as senior executive in leading transitional journeys e.g. growth, scale-up and M&A.
Patrick acts as an advisor to Amigos Venture Capital, and assists us with industry expertise, governance and due diligence.
Patrick holds a Master of Law, LLM, and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
